SETUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR
New England Bride Comes To Life
at The Henderson House

Thank you for your participation in our New England Bride Comes To Life Bridal Show!  Public hours are from 6 - 9 pm. Here is your set-up information so you can plan your day.  If you have questions on September 10th, call Julia at 401-339-3332.  Please print these instructions and bring them with you to the show.

SET UP TIMES
Set up hours for this show will be from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. If you are on the first floor, you may start moving in at 11:00 am.  If you are on the second floor, you may start moving in at 2:00 pm.  (Julia will contact you if you are on the second floor.)

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
Booth assignments are arranged before the show date.  They layout will be posted at the entrance of the facility. All booths will be labeled with your company name. PLEASE DO NOT re-arrange booth assignments as we have gone to great lengths to separate business categories. Due to the nature of our show, there are no "bad spots" or "great spots". All brides will see all vendors and there will be plenty of time to meet and discuss your services.

SUPPLIED TABLES/LINENS
Each vendor will receive a 6' table with a tablecloth and skirting. Chairs available.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is available for every vendor. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips, as everyone will not have a plug directly behind their booth.

VENDOR MEETING
We will have a vendor meeting at 5:30 pm in the main foyer to review the schedule for the night.  At least one member of your show staff needs to attend the meeting.

DOOR PRIZES
Each vendor will have the opportunity to give away a door prize to the brides who register at their booth.  We will give you a door prize information sheet at the vendor meeting for you to give us all of the details of your prize.

We have pre-registered many brides for this show. Each pre-registered bride will be given a sheet of pre-printed labels to make registering at your booth an easy process. (We will also provide blank door prize ticket forms for the non-registered walk in brides.) PLEASE BRING a bag, box, basket or container to put these door prize forms in, as we will be drawing the winner of your door prize from these names at the end of the show.

PARKING
Due to the size of the parking lot, vendors will be able to load their materials into the facility, and will need to move their cars before the vendor meeting, to make room for the brides.  We will provide transportation back to the facility, and to your cars at the conclusion of the show.  The shuttle will start running at 4:30 pm.

OTHER NOTES
This is an exclusive event for New England Bride Comes To Life booth vendors. No other magazines or bridal publications can be given away at your booth.  Also, the only material that can be given away at your booth is that which represents your company's products or services.
